Think of our sessions as a blend of evidence-based approaches with a holistic perspective. As a therapist, I work closely with clients to craft tailored strategies, designed specifically to address their unique goals and therapeutic needs. This involves drawing from modalities like Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic methods, and mindfulness techniques.


In addition to a compassionate and collaborative approach, I deeply believe in the power of building a strong therapeutic alliance. So when working together, you can expect an open, judgment-free zone where we navigate your thoughts and feelings as a team.

A Bit About Me 

So, where did this all begin? Ever since I can remember, I've been captivated by the way our minds work. During my first year at university, I stumbled on a psychology course and it just clicked – this was my path. I've since been driven by a deep-rooted passion for helping individuals discover their inner strength and resilience. Fast forward to the present day, and I feel truly privileged every time I witness those “aha!” moments, where clients find renewed purpose and clarity in their lives.

Outside the therapy room, you might find me dancing to a beat, reading a good book, or simply soaking up the beauty of nature. Music, dancing, and the arts are my soul food. Nature, to me, is a sanctuary, whether I'm taking a serene walk, meditating, or finding my balance with yoga. And, of course, I love a good social event and enjoy connecting with diverse communities.
