Therapy for Depression & Low Mood

You Deserve to Feel Better, and I Believe in Your Ability to Get There

When life starts to feel heavier than usual, therapy can offer a place to slow down, make sense of what’s going on, and begin finding your footing again.

Do You Feel Like Something Has Been Off Lately?

You may be in a season where life feels heavier than usual. On the surface, you’re “doing fine,” but underneath, you’ve been carrying more than you let on. You’re going through the motions, checking the boxes of daily life while quietly dealing with struggles that make each day feel harder than it used to. Perhaps you’ve explored different strategies in the past, but now you’re looking for something different. You’re ready for something to shift, and for a way forward that supports meaningful, lasting change. If this resonates, know that change is possible, and you don't have to go at it alone.

What to Expect When Working Together

In therapy, I aim to create a warm, collaborative space focused on meaningful change, where our time together is shaped by your goals, priorities, and pace.

✔️ We’ll have a clear direction while leaving space for whatever life brings up along

       the way.

✔️ We’ll explore practical tools and coping skills, while keeping our conversations                relatable, real, and rooted in genuine connection and care. And along the way...

✔️ We’ll celebrate your progress and acknowledge your growth as you work toward

       brighter days.

Logistics and Fees

In the early stages of therapy, starting with weekly sessions for the first 1–2 months helps you settle in, establish a steady rhythm, and experience the benefits of consistent support. As you begin to feel better, we may move to biweekly sessions or shorter 30-minute check-ins, depending on what best supports your progress. You don’t need to decide what the long-term pace will look like right away. We can adjust things as we go, and you’ll always have the option to continue with ongoing support for as long as it feels helpful.

  • 50-Minute Session:    $185

  • 30-Minute Session:    $120

Insurance Coverage and Direct Billing: Counselling sessions may be covered by your health insurance or employee benefit plan if you have coverage for mental health services provided by a “Registered Psychotherapist” (RP). Please contact your provider to verify if and how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. Direct billing is available with select providers. If interested, we can confirm whether your plan supports it before getting started.
